At Guaipaipet, we want getting your new pet gate or playpen to be just as easy as setting it up at home. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team gets to work right away. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before they leave our warehouse. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time — we'll cover shipping below.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (PT) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (PT) are processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next available business day.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Please note the following:
- We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
- We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, small remote islands, military bases (including APO/FPO addresses), or any offshore U.S. islands at this time.
- We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United States.
Shipping Time
- Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days
- Shipping Time (Contiguous U.S.): 5-10 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6-13 business days (processing time + shipping time combined)
Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or flight disruptions may occasionally extend delivery beyond the estimated window. We appreciate your patience if this happens, and we're always here to help track down a delayed package.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We keep our shipping pricing simple:
- Orders between $0.01 and $59.99: a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies.
- Orders of $60.00 or more: shipping is free.
Free shipping applies only to addresses within the contiguous United States. It does not extend to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, small remote islands, military bases, or other U.S. territories, as these locations are outside our current delivery area.
Where We Ship From
All Guaipaipet orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in the United States, so there's no need to worry about long international transit times or customs delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can check the status of your delivery anytime at 17TRACK by entering your tracking number.
Double-Check Your Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including apartment or suite numbers. We're not able to redirect packages once they've shipped, so an accurate address helps us make sure your gate or playpen arrives on time and at the right door.
